ABOUT CARLO AND NINA
Both Carlo and Nina came to Naples by way of migrating. Nina was born in Montenegro, and her family migrated to the US when she was 7 years old and resided in Long Island, NY until relocating to Naples, FL. After years in the field, she started her own insurance agency and has been nurturing it for 12 years.

Carlo moved from Cuba to Naples, Florida in 1976 where he attended school until graduating from a local high school and quickly enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After an 8-year enlistment and completing his master's degree, Carlo settled back in Naples and continued to serve his community as a law enforcement officer.
​
Carlo and Nina met in 2013, and married in 2015. They merged their two families and added their daughter to the mix in 2016. Carlo joined Nina in the insurance business after he retired from law enforcement.
​
As their insurance company's roster of clients grew, they realized they wanted to help the community further and looked into real estate, which they discovered was a natural fit, and haven't looked back.
​
As they began listing properties, they quickly realized that buying or selling a home is a very personal experience. The Nina Loves Naples Team recognizes this and tailors each customer's experience to give them the support, reassurance, and A+ service.
They also believe that how a home looks is the key to selling it, which is why they created the "Staged and Styled to Sell" brand.

The Team meticulously stages and styles their listings using a multiple step process and transform each home listed into a showstopper - attracting buyer interest and statistically getting higher sales prices.

In 2022, Carlo furthered his studies and earned his license as a Broker. His additional in-depth knowledge of law, contracts, and the rules and regulations of the real estate industry helps them better serve their clients.
